  • Please note there is a 3-night compulsory stay for 7th, 8th & 9th September with our discounted rate.
  • Please note all rates include breakfast and taxes.
  • Please note the cut-off date is Friday, 20 August. Please ensure any changes to existing reservations are made by then.
  • As there is a high demand for rooms, please ensure you book asap.
  • Shoulder nights with the discounted rate are available but please ensure you select the core 3 days too.

ITW encourages all delegates to check their visa requirements for Kenya before travelling.

We are able to supply registered delegates with a visa support letter stating they wish to attend an event organised by ITW. To request a visa support letter, please forward your registration confirmation email to us.

International requirements when travelling to Africa

Delegates will need to check the latest travel and visa requirements and any restrictions that may be relevant before travelling to Africa. These requirements can be found on the Kenyan Embassy website or Consulate in your country. These requirements may change at short notice, and so we encourage you to regularly check the website.
