Roque Lozano is heading up Regional Business Center (RBC) for Network Infrastructure (IP, Optical Networks, Fixed Networks & Webscale) in MEA since early 2018. RBC is a one stop organization for pre and post-sales support to Customers and Nokia sales team.  

Before joining NI MEA, Roque was based in Madrid heading up Telefonica Global Account. Roque also held the leading position of CO Head for Iberia Region. Prior to that Roque was based in APAC region working as a COO in Shanghai Bell and Sr. VP for Asia Solutions & Marketing.

Over last 15 plus years Roque has worked in Senior Leadership Positions in South America, China, Asia Pacific and European Markets. He has a diverse background and wealth of experience in leading telecom businesses. Roque has been directly involved in setting up and leading multicultural & multifunctional teams and has driven multiple corporate company transformation and Business turnover projects. 

In his extensive career Roque has worked across every step of the Commercial Value Chain including R&D, marketing, field operations, supply chain management and customer account management.

Roque Lozano is graduate in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universidad Politecnica de Madrid.  

He is fluent in Spanish, English and Italian.

Now Roque is based in Dubai along with his wife and son.
