Luc Missidimbazi is a trusted advisor to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Congo on digital and telecom policy, where he shapes strategic decisions that drive the country’s digital transformation. As founder of the OSIANE Tech Forum, he has created a flagship platform that connects innovators, policymakers, and industry leaders across Central Africa. His extensive experience includes leading key projects such as the Central African Backbone, which has significantly expanded regional broadband infrastructure.
Luc is also deeply committed to digital inclusion and capacity building, notably through his NGO PRATIC, which empowers local communities with digital skills and access. His advocacy for progressive regulatory frameworks and inclusive connectivity has made him a pivotal figure in advancing Congo’s telecom landscape. Through his work, he continuously fosters collaboration between government, private sector, and civil society to accelerate sustainable digital growth.
