Lara Coady

Lara Coady has served as Director of Operations and Engineering for Helios Towers since 2022. In this role, she oversees performance engineering, operations and technology of the company. She joined Helios Towers in 2016 as Group Customer Programme Manager and more recently held the position of Head of Performance Engineering.
Lara has more than 13 years of work experience in the Africa and Middle East regions. She held a number of technical positions including Principal Engineer – Performance Management at Aggreko, where she spent five years prior to joining Helios Towers.
