Johann is a Partner at Analysys Mason with 20 years' experience in the Technology and Telecoms sectors. He has led a wide range of consulting engagements, advising C-level executives on their corporate strategy and operational implementation, supporting regulators and governments on national regulatory policy and advising on many of the major M&A transactions across the region. His topic expertise spans infrastructure/business strategy, spectrum, international connectivity business, core regulation, as well as transaction support for digital infrastructure such as fibre networks, telecoms towers, submarine cables and data centres. Specifically in relation to data centres, Johann has been involved in more than a dozen of high-profile data centre transactions in the Middle East, in relation to debt financing, equity sale or feasibility studies.

Johann is a certified Board member from the French Institute of Director (IFA-Science Po), and he also holds three Master’s degrees: one in telecommunications engineering, one in corporate finance, and one in science.
