Harry Étienne is the co-founder and CEO of ATL, launched in 2023 to address the evolving needs of Africa’s telecom market and bridge the critical gap between telecom and technology sectors. With over 22 years of extensive experience in the telecom industry, Harry has held key business development roles across West, East, and Central Africa while being based in Canada. He spent nearly two decades at TéléGlobe and Tata Communications, where he was primarily responsible for managing African accounts and driving capacity sales continent-wide. Additionally, he served as a consultant for WIOC, supporting market development and strategic growth initiatives.

At ATL, Harry leads business development efforts focused on identifying new markets and creating strategic partnerships within the telecom sector. His work aims to expand ATL’s reach and improve connectivity across Africa’s dynamic telecom ecosystem by fostering growth and collaboration among operators.
