Frank Raudo is an Associate in the Corporate and Technology teams at Spencer West (Nairobi), with a dual focus on corporate transactions and regulatory counselling. He advises on the full lifecycle of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and strategic joint ventures, alongside ongoing compliance and governance mandates. Frank also provides specialist advisory support on technology, telecommunications, cloud, AI, data privacy, and other emerging areas, helping clients navigate the legal and commercial complexities of innovation-driven sectors and high-growth markets.

He has worked across international and regional law firms, as well as inhouse with Google’s corporate counsel team, bringing a cross-functional and commercially grounded perspective to both transactional and policy driven mandates. His work spans fast-growth businesses, institutional investors, and public sector stakeholders operating across Africa’s TMT sector, digital markets, and the broader innovation ecosystem.
