Francis Mwangi has over 16 years of experience working as the CIO for various organisations across different sectors and Consulting for various companies in both the public and private sectors in the area of information security and data privacy. He is currently the Group Head of IT Security & Infrastructure at Platcorp Holdings Ltd. He also sits on the advisory board of Dx5 (Formerly CIO East Africa) and is currently the Vice President of the ISC2 Kenya Chapter. In addition to this, He is a part-time Cyber Security lecturer in the School of Information Systems and Technology at USIU-Africa.
