Dragan Dincic is a distinguished telecommunications leader and CEO of Cloud One Limited, with over 30 years in IT and 25 years specializing in VoIP. A recognized pioneer of Africa’s digital infrastructure, he was a key technical figure in the establishment of the Kenya Internet Exchange Point (KIXP) and led the technical creation of some of the first Internet Service Providers in Kenya and Uganda at Swift Global in the 1990s.

His career spans international markets — Cyprus, Serbia, Greece and Kenya — with senior roles including Vice President Voice at Future-B Telecommunications, Director of Voice Services at PlanetSky, and Product Manager Voice at Wananchi Telecom. Across these positions, Dragan built a proven track record in scaling carrier-grade infrastructure, managing carrier interconnections, developing new voice routes, and driving traffic growth.

Today at Cloud One, Dragan leads the shift from AI hype to infrastructure impact in East Africa. His focus is the practical implementation of cloud and AI-driven communication solutions on Kenyan infrastructure — deploying smarter call routing, voice automation, and real-time analytics that improve customer engagement and operational efficiency without adding complexity.

Having steered organizations through transitions from analogue to satellite to AI-integrated cloud telephony, Dragan brings a deep, experience-based perspective on building resilient networks. He is a strategic authority on carrier interconnection and infrastructure modernization, dedicated to bridging legacy systems with modern, high-impact digital infrastructure that supports the region’s growing digital economy.
