Caroline is a Vice President at Vernonburg Group, a consulting firm dedicated to closing the digital divide. Caroline led the design and launch of Vernonburg Group’s Connect One Billion initiative - a blended finance fund to expand connectivity across emerging markets, as well as supporting internet service providers with strategy and business development. Over the past decade, Caroline has worked across sectors and geographies with government agencies, institutional investors, multilateral institutions, startups, and multinational corporations. Her experience spans blended finance, strategic partnerships, impact investing, and digital infrastructure across emerging markets. Caroline holds an MBA from the University of Vermont.
